Paypal account "permanently locked with a balance of $0.00" had 400 in account

Trying to sell a member a dash kit on here, and have had no recent transactions on paypal, but luckily just last week i transferred out about 2 grand, and still had 400 left in there. I didnt know anything was going on until he tried to send me money. Now its saying my account is locked with 0$? WTF?

They locked my account before because i had lost my debit card and got a new one. How that was any of their business im not sure. Calling now

that *****... paypal cost me 70 dollars in overdraft fees from a hold due to change in policy they didn't bother to tell me about last week. I'll be using alertpay from now on

Just got off the phone with them. My account is unlocked but all my seller and buyer history is mysteriously gone including any payments ive recieved. Luckily i have some screenshots and am getting some info from people ive sent money to. Theyve hung up on me 3 times so far.

Another update : all my paypal invoice history on ebay is mysteriously "invalid transaction ID" when i click on view paypal transaction

Thats nothing. I have an old bank account still in the hole because paypal overdrafted me with fees and i didnt know so they kept building. Bank is about -390$ im not going to pay.

No mystery. If they're over a couple months old they evaporate. Not enough storage anywhere for all ebay's auctions ever.

They are all from this week. I have 10+ people sending me invoices and numbers showing how much money i had in there and when. Paypal is claiming my accounts been locked since sept and ive sent no money or recieved any.
