Anyone know what the typical National Guard soldier is making in Iraq as of now?

Have a chance to deploy on Tuesday.. talk to my CO this weekend, but wanted to see if you guys had any info!

Will you be going directly over, or making a stop in Germany prior?

I have buddies in Stuttgart, GE waiting on their trip over... and they claim the pay is well worth the risk. But, these guys are from the south, so they're used to being sneaky and rifles.

not trying to make a joke but i was trying to be sarcastic.....
