the dayton 8" mid in my drivers side door went out recently.

the joint where the spider and the former glue together came unglued so the cone was just flopping around with no support.

i just called up PE and they are shipping out a replacement and including a shipping label so i can return this one without me having to pay for shipping.

so anyone that might have doubts about ordering from PE or about their customer service has no reason to worry. they kick ***.

i just had to share.

When I ordered my tangband 8 for my computer sub setup, they shipped me a tweeter instead. After I called and told them they made a mistake, they shipped out the TB8 free of charge and I could keep the tweeter:
