Panasonic CQ-VD7001U...Look!

Alright guys, It is pretty much already a done deal that I am getting this flip out screen. I have the chance to pick one up for a very good price. I have never really heard anything about this unit though. Does anyone have any experience with this reciever? Anything at all will help. I also have a chance to pick up an Alpine IVA-D300 for only 100 dollars more then the Panasonic. Any ideas, opinions, reccomendations, etc... will help me out a ton! If you've installed the panasonic, owned one, seen one even, please chime in!
