Are these speakers worth the price?

Specs:

Oversize 6 1/2 in. Door-Mount 2-Way Speakers

150W Peak Input Holographic Polypropylene Injection Cone 3/4 in Titanium Dome Tweeter

Or should I just get some normal 50 watt 6.5s?
