Painting Amp Heatsink !

On kicker KX, SX(etc.) amps, the bottom is the heat sink and there is a cover over it, if you pull that cover off and paing it, it should hurt it much if any...

Yea, I don't think he's painting the amp, just the removable panels (that don't include the finned heat sink underneath... I hope)

correct, just the top part thats silver, I'm definatly not painting heatsink or anything.

yeah man you will be fine... i would def get off the powder coat though sometimes paint dont like to stick well to it... at least scuff it up really good and make sure to prep it right...
