is the Precision Power DCX 1500.1 worth it?

im going to be runing two dual 2ohms type r's 12" i want to run them at mono 2ohms. with the Precision Power DCX 1500.1 .

is this amp worth it.

im not looking to spend any more then $400 shipped on an amp. so im looking for something with 500wrms per sub at least.

do you guys suggest any other amp in that power and price range.

also been looking at the Mark Antony MK-800.1 maybe running two of them.

any imput on these amps?

almost to many to list.. that line of ppi was very unimpressive to me.. i used to sell them and we had tons of issues with them. very easy to find refurbs since they had tons break.. for 400$ you can get a ton of amp from a lot of companies...

for less you can also get a great amp with that power.. i like the new massive p1500.1 great amp and not bad pricing... does true power, pg xenon line dirt cheap right now most will do about 1400rms... , us amps merlin line etc.... so many to list. those dcx did have issues we saw...

i know there are allot of brands out there. but im also looking for clean output power. with out clipping.

there are so many brands out there that say that put out the power im looking for but when they get cranking they put out some dirty sine waves. nasty sound. can you recomend some quality amps at that price range.
