i dont even think maaco does decals either,,,,,,,,,,,not to mention body work if it needs it.
from the sounds of it, you might as well just go to maaco. as a painter myself, i generally don't send anyone to maaco, but it sounds like you just want something cheap that's going to look decent from a ways away, and that would be your best bet.
but if you want something that actually looks good, and lasts a long time, you're in for a G minimum.
