haha i am .. the old wire doesnt look bad at all .. especially for bein 50+ yrs old... dad just thinks it would be best if i switch it so he offered to buy it for me... what the hel* aint nuttin like free stuff so i guess i will

Theres two safe bets in wiring kits, Knuconcept.com or Kicker.

Either will be a good choice, but try to think ahead about any possible upgrades to your system down the line and buy a kit thats bigger than your present needs.

That not only includes the wire size, but think about buying a dual amp kit that comes with distribution blocks if you might add another amp later on.

Thats because you posted this in the wiring section relating to car audio systems.

You need to repost (or get a mod to move this) to the "Car Performance and Repair" section.
