p5002 repair

so i've got a rockford fosgate p5002 amp that quit workin awhile back and i emailed rf and they said to bring it back to factory specs would be $125 +shipping to them.

should i pay the 125ish to have it repaired and or try and look around for an amp for that much; or should i just save up for a better amp?

i'm looking to use this to power components
