P400/4 problems

I recently got a used Rockford p400/4 installed. I did the install it's fused properly, all my connections are super tight and I voltage tested them as well. So first issue starts here. I'm moving across the country so I sent my singer alt back to mike because I had it hood rigged to work in my 06 Buick when it was cased for a 99 Grand Prix. This caused some elec problems bc I bypassed the ecu harness and just ran a turn on wire (alt had a 4 pin plug for Grand Prix, Buick has a 2 pin plug) I also got rid of the zcon because I needed trunk space and had a sweet deal with @macsdad for some 10s. For the time being I hooked up a shallow 12 onto a separate monoblock, and then had the p400/4 on my door/deck speakers. I have ran this amp previously for a good month and a half without any issues. I mounted the amps on the sides of my trunk so they were out of the way of my luggage, and I also added a fan to each amp. Now out of nowhere about an hour after setting this up, my front speakers cut out and started popping. Problem persisted for a couple minutes, I turned down the volume immediately and cut the engine off within like 30 seconds. Now my front right speakers are acting up? I've switched the wires up and tested voltage they were getting the right voltage and everything but my front right woofer made no noise but the tweeter makes very quiet output when I set the balance all the way to the right on my 80prs. Figured I just f'd up my coils somehow due to an unknown user error. But this is 14 hours before I have to leave to drive across the country so I figured I'd deal with it until I get to my new house. Now today I'm driving down the interstate, hit a mean pothole and the amp is now in protect and won't come out? Noise when the amp cut off sounded like all the speakers became unplugged and popped. I checked all my connections and they're right. Amp turns on but goes into protect. Did it just take a shiz on me?

Keep in mind at the first part I put the stock alt back in but kept an agm in the trunk. Voltage sits at 13.5 under load but I had no problems until changing the amp location.

bump. arrived at new house checked ohms on each speaker right side front and rear is at 180 ohms? rcas are fine i switched them with my sub amp and they work fine. unplugged all input/output and amps still in protect. No noticeable burns on board. fuse is fine. please help

I recall this forum being a little more helpful when I joined.. If anyone has any input as to why this might've happened, my sub is not putting any sound out now. Amp is a ct sounds at500.1d no lights popping up all inputs and outputs are securely connected. Nothing changed they just stopped making noise. I don't know how to test with a dmm for input or output. Both of these amps were getting signal from my 80prs.
