OZ Matrix Elite 10's

I can get a pair of the ME 10's for $170 from a guy I know. Should I take advantage of this? Each would see ~400-600 watts sealed. Good SQ? Decent SPL? Yes, I did a search, but it seems there are only a few people who have personal experience with these. I'm not looking for the loudest system in the world, just something good for metal (In Flames, Pantera, Metallica, Opeth, Shadows Fall, etc.)
