I wouldn't say that just because Oxygen Audio is sold at wal-mart makes it poor quality. I check walmart.com and it listed one amp by Oxygen Audio. Wal-mart sells Pioneer car audio at their stores, that doesn't mean EVERYTHING Pioneer makes is poor quality, just that Pioneer offers basic entry level stuff.

I have no experience with Oxygen Audio at all but maybe, just maybe Oxygen Audio has similar levels of product?

i looked on walmarts website they have the old amps from like 3yrs ago on there... ... there pro stuff is nice but the other stuff is kinda cheap
