yea i have a shorty escalade i was gonna try to do 3 12in mtx's in coustom fiberglass box behind the 3rd row but now i guess i will just take out the 3rd row and do the 4...........if u give me like 20mins i can go check if there d2 or d4

if they are d4 then you can use the 3 with out a problem. just make sure that you have the electrical system to back up 1800 watts.

they are d4 and i poped out the negative wire when i was trying to check can i just push that wire back up into the plastic peice i dont no exactly what its called

nono its not a wire like to the coil its just the negative wire into the box with those factory connectors it just poped out can i just shove it back in there or do i have to take it out then glue it back down how it was done

I've never had to use glue in an installation lol. If you can secure it properly without glue, you'll be fine.

none of the wires should be glued, im still not sure what exactly your talking about though.

anyway. youll be fine with the 3 subs since they are d4 just do everything in parallel and that will put you at .67 ohms.

are you planning any electrical upgrades?

my electrical i have knukonceptz 0 gauge kit,0 gauge from tha alt to the battrie,yellow top under the hood, and a big deka battie in the back but is this amp .67ohms stable.........so i can wire the 3 12's parrell at .67ohms on this amp and it would put out what 2000+w u think? if its 1800rms at 1 ohm

and if the amp is putting 2000w rms at this point would that mean the subs are getting around 650rms a piece or am i off............or should i just get another one of these amps and do 4 and run the amps at 1.5ohms

that amp shouldnt have much of a problem running at .67 as long as you keep its voltage up. let it drop and you will get the magic smoke out of it.

and with imp rise you will actually be seeing closer to a 1 ohm load.
