my freind said he would trade me his oxygen audio 2500rms amp for my kenwood 1000w and i have to throw 150$ ontop. What can u guys tell me about this amp i no it pushes his 15's real hard and is 1ohm stable but thats about all i no and its only 2 months old

from my 5 seconds of research on the amp i see that its 2.5k max and is only rated for 1800rms at 1 ohm. what kind of electrical system did he have it running on?

0 gauge, 0 guage from alt, battrie in the rear,yellow top under the hood

its a big jump from the 500rms your running now to the 1800 that does, but it could be worth it, depends on what your amp needs are.

yea they wire down to 1 ohm, there 5500's and honestly they bang pretty even with my cousins 12in l7's at high power.........i had the 2 12in mtx 5500's on 1500rms and they where beating just as hard as my cousins l7's there only 1lbs lighter then the l7's

i want to say there dual 2 but my bestfreind is gonna wire it up for me cause i can never figure it out right but he says they can be wired down to 1ohm so are they 2 or 4

There's no way 3 subs of d2 or d4 will ever wire to 1ohm. Unless i was reading something wrong and you're not running 3 MTX subs

unless they are dual 1.5 or single 3 then they cant be wired to 1 ohm. if they are dual 4 you can wire them to .66 which with box rise will put you right around where you want. if they are dual 2 then 1.3 is the best youll get.
