own the subs, will this amp work?

It will work. But not like you'd want it to. That amp does 600 watts x 1 @ 2-ohms. Your subs final impediance presents a 4-ohm load. Therefore, your subs will only see a total of 300 watts. Without touching the subs, you'd need to find an amp that does 600 watts x 1 @ 4-ohms.

Yes, that would power them.. But I wouldn't spend the money on that amp for those subs.. They would still be underpowered. You're probably not going to find anything from MTX that would efficiently power them. Three subs either SVC 12-Ohm or DVC 6-Ohm.. I'm betting they're SVC. Kind of a difficult combination to try to get any serious power out of them. A couple of the easiest options..

1) Spend the money for a mono amp that does 1200-1400 watts @ 2-Ohms (600-700 @ 4-ohms)

2) Find a nice 2-channel amp and bridge it. Make sure it does 600-700 watts @ 4-ohms bridged.

3) Find a better amp/sub(s) combination. (preferably 2- or 4-ohm subs)
