OK so here's the dealie-o I got 1k to put into my speakers. I have room for 1 set of 9x6's 1 set of 5 1/4" and some door speakers that are 3.5" but i could probly make them 5 1/4's also. The music I listen too is Rock, Metal, Punk, Gothic. A guy at Ultimate Electronics recommended Diamond speaks which i have no knowledge about. I'll worry about that later, right now im just looking for speakers...unless it makes a difference in what brand of amp im going to be using with certain speakers

I'm not looking to get 36 speakers but im not gonna only have 4 either. Im just looking at 6 speakers and a sub...is that too much? And anyway what do you think i should put in there then, i am looking for Quality over quantity and over loudness.

sorry been loving my a/d/s for years so i am outta the loop when it comes to current brands, but i know if you get a good set and install them properly you will be happy if SQ is what you crave
