Can the heat from the sun cause an amp to go into protect? I dont have tints and I guess the sun was on my amp all day. I started my car and the amp is flashing red so I guess its in protect. It was playing fine before I parked and left it. It was out there 5 hours and it was really hot to the touch.

I have it mounted on the top of my box and its right by the back window saying "steal me" haha. I really need tints. Ill have to take a look at where the vents are, maybe they are on the bottom and im suffocating it.

If its still in protect I may not be at the show
