Well i sent him my xbox 360 on tuesday july 17th he was suppose to send his sa 12 wednesday when i sent him a payment of 50 dollars i sent the payment but he didnt send the sub he waited till the following monday to send the sub (he said) the xbox was delivered monday the 23rd, i asked multiple times for a tracking number i never got one then on i believe friday the 27 i get a pm saying the xbox tray does not open (a week after it was recieved) i asked why it took so long to tell me he said he just turned it on for the first time on friday so im like whatever ill take the loss, return it (after a few more pms.... i told him try tapping it and we sent a few pms back and forth) anyways he said he will send me the xbox back.... wednesday the 1st i ask when will you send my xbox back he said friday now its today and he wont pm me back? i just want to know cause i never even got a confirmation saying he ever sent the sub which he said he did and had it sent back to him when he found out the tray on the xbox didnt open?

When you sell/trade/buy on any forum or over the internet at all you should always do your research. It is not just this forum..it is the internet as a whole. If you don't do your research you will eventually get the short end of the stick.
