other than GNC...

http://www.massnutrition.com is cheaper than bb.com that ive found, but their customer service sucks

ive ordered from them about 5 times, 4 of them were problem-free transactions, and they have GREAT prices.

bodybuilding.com is the second best IMO, make sure u find the 10% off coupon because it ALWAYS works (theres a few of them) so its free money off. ive ordered from here at least 20 times with no problems, shipping is FAST.

trueprotein.com - best and cheapest place around for supps. make protein mixes customized for your needs. you can get 100grams of creatine ee for 5$

how old are you?
If you are under 21 def forget about creatine...actually forget about it at all.

I knew a guy who was a Bbuilder and he sold me coupla protein products and asked me if i wanted creatine and told me its up to me if i wanted to take it or not but when i was leaving his house last time i overheard his borhter (20 yr old) asking him if he cud take creatine and all he replied to him was "U crazy?"
ahahaha

ahahaha

im not talking about just a guy who was lifting weights--this guy was competitor and winner.

Watever Don't listen to me guys...Take creatine as much as u can. Hope works for u.

Creatine works only if you take it correctly, actually creatine is one of the best supplements out there. Also protein is awesome if you take it after you work out, and before you go to sleep.

I think the people who really dont have much advice to give on this subject should stay out of the convo. Ive seen some dumb shit so far. Seriously go over to bb.com and read the stickies then venture over to t-nation.com and look through their articles. Do a search on anything you have a question on, read the expert opinions, then if you still have ?'s come back to the car audio forum..........and ask

And whats the average age (i mean when they die) of professional bodybuilders who take creatine?
yeah...Make a reasearch on that one too plz
jesus dude. what the hell do you know about this?

creatine is naturally occuring in the body. you also consume it when you eat steak. while there have never been any long term studies on its use, id like to see you give me a little more evidence for your thoughtless suggestion rather than some random *** hearsay.

The only reason I'd support him in saying that it is detrimental is that creatine, unlike nitric oxide supplements, has a longer half life and is not as easily broken down in the body. Yes, it is naturally in the body, and in small amounts also in your diet, but only exactly that... small amounts. The amount of creatine you're taking for working out is many times more than what you would need, leading to unnecessarily high levels which the body needs to get rid of. This affects the kidneys over a long period of time, and kidney failure is not fun. Not saying you'll see the effects for a long long time, but just saying that what he said about long term studies may have SOME merit to it.

And honestly, like I said, if I was able to gain a ton of mass and strength naturally without having to use supplements which some may even have the SLIGHTEST idea of a health risk... then why not just be safe about it?
