Oscilloscope or DD

I would like to know what's the best, precise and/or easiest option to fine tune my car audio?

My options are one of these(please state why your experienced choice):

1- The SMD DD1: SMD Distortion Detector DD-1

The DD1 is going to be easier, and from most accounts I've seen is accurate when compared to an o-scope.

There are youtube videos that show you how to set gain via both methods... check them out.

If you want to limit yourself to only setting amplifier gains then a DD-1 seems to be the best tool for that job. An oscilloscope can do 101 things if you choose to learn it. I've never seen that oscilloscope you linked, and there's a popular cheaper one called DSO Nano that's known to be good for setting gains.

By the way there is a cheaper nano on ebay and it ships from USA. I got mine for 65 shipped and it got here within 3 days.
