Hell yeah Proton amps... especially the ones with the Dynamic Power On Demand, it has headrooms like no other.

I had a Proton D1200 stereo home amp, rated at "100" watts per channel into 8 ohms but Stereo Review tested it in 1989 and it is capable of doing over 1500 watts per channel into 2 ohms on short bursts.
