Orion HCCA 250 For My 12" TEAM PSI SX or Keep Hifonics 1600

So I have a hifonics 1600 running an RE sx 12" with team psi recone. I am wondering if an Orion 250 HCCA would sound better even tho it's only 800w rms at 1ohm vs my 1600w rms at 1ohm Hifonics..

ALSO! is the HCCA worth the $375 cnd I am paying for it?
