bbb= better buisiness beauro (sp?) if they (bbb) get involved orion will chit themselves, mention the bbb when you call orion and i bet you have a new sub (dual 4) in about 2 days.

yea orion= teh sh1tz. i cant stand the h2 at all such a cheaply constructed woofer. i had 2 of them seeing 900w a peice and they fell apart in the box. then orion said they wouldnt fix it because the woofers are made over seas so i had to send it to RE for a recone. got a call from Dave and he informed me of the crappyness that is the orion h2s workmanship

The BBB wont do shit for anyone....I dont think they've ever done anything for anyone to tell ya the truth. I had so many problems with Best Buy & warranties but the BBB just washed their hands of it and told me to fuk off. And after some research i found that this is pretty much standard operating procedure with BBB.....so dont expect them to help you with orion.

probably best bet : dont ever buy an orion product again, and tell everyone you can about how shitty they are.
