Ahhhh, I am so mad. I had an orion h2 10.4 subwoofer and was having a noise problem with it so I sent it back to get it replaced. I paid $42 to ship the subwoofer back. I got bored so while it was being replaced I spent $30 and 2 days making a new box for the subwoofer. I got it and installed everything and my new amp kept going into protect. My only thought was that I was putting the wrong load on my amp. Ya, it turns out that they don't manufacture dual 4 ohm H2's anymore so they just sent me a dual 2 ohm. SERIOSLY! ARE THEY DOOSCHBAGS???? What the hell do I do now???? I am so mad //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif. Has anyone had a similar problem with orion???? If you think i am overreacting please let me know because at this moment I want to go raid their building and punch the owner in the face.

 
No, I called them up and they said to send it back and they will replace it. I even bought the warranty off of cardomain but I guess that is worthless now too.

 
tell them you want purchase price and shipping costs back, or you will bei n touch with the BBB and Visa.

So the problem is your amp wont run at 1ohm and 4ohm is not enough power?
Exactly, my amp is not 1 ohm stable. It does 2000Wrms at 2 ohm and that WAS perfect for my dual 4 ohm version of the H2.

 
Don't think you're overreacting at all. They should have contacted you before they even shipped anything if they can't replace it with a dual 4. If it's under warranty and they can't replace it then I would say they owe you the purchase price but they may have some language in there that allows them to replace it with a dual 2 as a similar product. They are probably hoping you'll just take it and go away.

Have you contacted Sounddomain? Don't know what they can do but it's worth a shot.

Agreed, I am going to ***** on them and call them every day until they get me one or they give me the full price back and pay for the shipping of the subwoofer back to there company.
