Orion amp sent out for repair

So I called Orion and they gave me a place that will repair my amp. I sent it out 6 weeks ago and they still have not repaired it. I email , call and they reply but never actually reply with a finished job. I am getting so tired of this. Does it normally take this long?

The guy I send my amps to is in CA it usually is about a 2 week turn around from the time I ship till the time I get it back

I wish I would have just asked in here for a guy to fix it. Orion sent me an idiot and now I'm stuck.

If you needed an amp repair guy, should have went to DB-R electronics or someone local. Most amps are similar and anyone with circuit board experience can point out the problem areas.

X2 on db-r. He has fixed two Memphis big belle amps for me for a decent price and excellent quality.

Dei don't own Orion anymore. They are owned by a South American company that owns pyramid.

If he's still around .. I'm no longer on FB to keep up with things but his name is Jeremy Brannon and he's in Antelope CA my old phone with his number was destroyed . But hopefully you'll be able to track him down and he's still doing repairs .

But honestly depending on what it needs you would probably be better off getting a new amp. Those Orion ZT amps are pretty crappy and only do 1200rms at 1 ohm.
