Really, I would just go for which ever is going to be cheaper. Personally I like Orion, they are very stable amplifiers.

I would go with kicker because is more powerful than the Orion but if you want the orion get it, it is a great amp too

It's good either way. I'd get the KX though.

I'd take the kx...uber power for such a little guy. Definitely underrated and I haven't had a bit of trouble with mine and I run it at 1 ohm daily.

Orions are great too...but head to head I would take the Kicker.
