orion 2500D vs kicker 1500

i was wondering what would a majority of you guys purchase on here

i can get a 2 year old amp only played for the last 6 months for 475 shipped thats they orion with no warranty

or the 1500 kicker with a 2 year warranty shipped for 390

and i plan on having 2 12's l7 hooked up to w/e amp i get and maybe down the road 4 12's

you can get 2500ds cheaper than that. You can probably find one around $400

sorry it was a typo on the price for the orion it shoud be 375

so what should i pick

how often do the orion amps mess up
