ok i cant decide to wat amp to buy.either a orion 2500d or a kicker sx 1250.1 this all will be goin on a stock car except for 1/0 plz lmk wat u guys think wat amp to go with thanks

well if u running it on 2 ohms = 1500-1700 watts maybe, if @ 1 ohm = 2500 then No.

If its for decent price get it and get upgrade later.

I had the same issue, i dont have $$$ to back 2500D right now so going with 1-1.2k amp and hoping stock will handle it.

well its 300 for sx 1250.1 and then like 400 for the orion 2500d.

80's right man. No way in hell you're going to get away with running that 2500d @ 1 ohm with no batts.

2 ohms, you'll be cool and could pull max, 1800 watts or so.

i wasnt lookin to run it at 1 ohm rite now.i know it would hurt the amp.but why not pay the extra 100 for double the power rite.

well cuz if im tryin to push it at 1 ohm with stock electrical it could hurt the amp.rite?
