Orion 2500d help

alright well i guess ive run into a problem...the other day i had my trunk open and i was fixing my speaker amp adjusting the gains and stuff..then i heard a poof from the orion and a small cloud of smoke came out...after that my subs stopped working....the only way to get some bass out of them is to turn the gain ont he amp all the way and then theres a little bit of bass. but only 1 sub hit always then another one would work sometimes and the 3rd would only work if you pushed it down... so i thought i blew my subs and took them out and i put in my old jl 12ib4 just to have some bass...i put the gain very low but there was no bass at all then with the gain 3/4 theres some bass but not that much...any clue what could be going on or what i should do? the orion is still powering up..Could it be my battery? thanks in advance

Sounds like you blew the amp.

I would check your fuses too, you might have blown a fuse somewhere

2500d's are not fused. Once the magic smoke is gone, it needs repair:verymad:

how hard is the fix? can i solder it back together? also if its blown why does it still power up and give some watts to my subs?
