Orion 2500D Amp - WCC-D5000

Hi, i wanted to ask if any of you guys knew what was the difference between

Orion 2500D Amp

and

WCC-D5000 Amp

I was going to purchase a Orion 2500D but my cousin knows a guy who has a WCC-D5000 he is selling for $400 CASH, but i dont know what the difference is between the two other than the badging.

Also if i run my L7's in 1ohm mode and use either of the two amps can anyone tell me if the two woofers split the 2*** watts or how does that work ?

One other question, which gauge power wire would work best ? 0 or 1 ? or which

Right now i have 8 gauge power wire installed from my old amp but i know that wont work so thought i would ask which would be best.

I believe you are talking about 0/1ga, as I don't know anybody off hand that sells 1ga wire. And yes, that would be fine.

Hey guys i have another question,

Im hooking up the amp but i dont understand the speaker wiring in the booklet,

im going to be running some Kicker L7's DVC 4-ohm and i was told by someone else that i needed to run them into one to make 1ohm (+,+ -,- into only two wires instead of four) however in the amp booklet it says not to run the speakers bridged ?

So how would i hook these up to the amp ? Just plug in +,- +,- into the terminals and move on ? Im a little confused.

hook it up with the + wire from the speakers going into one postive on the amp, and the negatives from the speakers going into the negative from the other side of the amp
