orion 1200d or PAa2400??

i have 2 options... on a not so good elec system lol... 280 shipped for for a Power acoustik A2400... or 300 for a Orion 1200D... I'm running two FUBR's in a ported box tuned to 30 htz... i need substantial power that is reliable... The PA comes with a 1 yr warranty, the Orion doesn't... Looking for good spl.. Opinions and advice needed thanks!!!
