optical cable to 4-pin adapter

where can I get cable like this two:

I need it for my Pioneer DEX-P9, in order to connect external DSP ( not the DEQ-P9).

I have search the internet for those two and couldn't find any place that have them.

other alternative cable like this would be also fine.
