Eclipse CD3200 USB files HELP..??

I'm setting up a new Eclipse CD3200 and I've got it all dialed in but I'm trying to figure out how to arrange the files on the usb key drive so I can scroll through them in an organized way... Any help would be much appreciated.... so far it's like a guessing game as to how to layout the files and setup the file name so they can be located when I want a particular song and to have the names displayed properly....
