opti 6000d vs 2 crunch gp3000pro's

i ended up buying the opti hopefully i will be happy with it, does anyone have test for power and efficiency?

Not sure where you were going to order the Crunch amps from, but if it was onlinecarstereo.com, i heard they were backordered for months when I was ordering mine a couple of weeks ago.

i like the gp 3000

if you are gonna strap them they only go to 2 ohm strapped

if you not strapping then 1 ohm out of each will work

i am working on an accord now 1 each gp 3000 on 2 each aq hdc312 , dj just shipped me my drivers

amp is crazy strong

Well the GP3000 are power house's.... there was testing done that was posted on Termpro.com last year. Think it was around 4.2K+ RMS on 16 volts.

Sorry it's to late to help Ya.

i think i will be happy with the opti, i know the crunch's are awesome but i have ran a quite a few optis and loved them. i ran my opti 2000d for 2-3 weeks at .33 before it let the smoke out so hopefully the 6000d half as strong.

Car Audio mag did bench tests on the Opti 6000d and it did 4800wrms @ 1ohm at 14volts, so i would say two GP3000ds would beat one opti 6000D, same board as the xxx-6500d and ma audio 10kw
No, the 4000D is the same board as the XXX6500D, the 6000D is the same as the XXX10000D.

memphis you should find that article for me id like to read it. maybe ill have to step up to a 16 volt setup, does anyone know if you can order just an external regulator for iraggi alts?
