pretty much those specs are saying that it is going to beable to get a qtc of .707 with a small sealed box. qtc of .707 is what is considered to be "flat". The build quality looks decent, shouldn't be tingy and with a small sealed box it should sound nice and tight. unfortunately has a really low sensitivity...83 at 2.83 volts :-/ luckily it's an 8 ohm woofer so 2.83 volts is juuuuust about 1 watt, a little over. mmmm so as long as they used good building techniques/materials/design, which it looks to be, these should have little distortion, sound flat and tight in a small sealed enclosure, but since such a low sensitivity even with that high of a power rating, not going to get extremely loud. Of course this is all based off of the specs and I haven't heard one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
