That lanzar wil put out rated power. Get an oscilliscope to measure power output.

hey man don't get all "Lanzars ****", depending on the model and with the correct gains it will be alot more surprising than you think. I had 2 Lanzar MAX12's in my trunk and they hit pretty sweet... ...but nothing compared to my 15 BWUAHAHAHAHAAHAH.

Check out the gain tutorial settings in the amps section of the forums. It'll tell you how to set the gains with a DMM to help avoid clipping.

Also, a rule of power is volts ^2 / impedance = power. With a DMM (no resistance) you could roughly figure that 10volts from the speaker out on the amp = 100 watts. But make sure you have a full input signal when you test this. Trying to get an amps full (wanted) output at half volume is like playing whackamole with a downed power line.

using the 0dB tones, you won't get very much power out of you amp 'musically' anyway...

Whats this people with helpful information! GENIUS! lol thanks guys. Yeah I really thought whoever said the lanzar amp 175watt 4 channel only put out 75 watts was on crack. My car should get out of the shop tomorrow, Ill go over the gain tutrorial etc thanks for your help.
