Well i went to town to pick up some pop....and got pulled over...I'm always use to being pulled over and having my shiit searched its rather routine....none of the local pigs like me so I stay clean....well this B@stard was looking all over my car...and come out with a bud light bottle cap from under the seat....and wrote me an open container ticket ....I know it wasn't mine because I don't drink in my rides....I'm pretty sure it was planted but how do you prove it ? .....And since when have bottle caps become open containers ? I would fight that. We were taught that you can have a bottle in your car as long as it is dry. hes just writing a ticket in hopes that you will just pay it and not fight it. Do some research on the letter of the law. I would bet that having a bottlecap is not illegal, and if it technically is, hes using the letter of the law to defeat the intent

Fight that ****. No way that will hold up in court. Too many cops like to write nonsense tickets.. they know you will either take it up the ***, or at minimum you will have to waste your time in court..

Make sure you talk to the prosecutor, they may drop it on the spot.. they don't like wasting their time either...
