We were taught that you can have a bottle in your car as long as it is dry. hes just writing a ticket in hopes that you will just pay it and not fight it. Do some research on the letter of the law. I would bet that having a bottlecap is not illegal, and if it technically is, hes using the letter of the law to defeat the intent</p></blockquote><p></p>
