well i just realized that my driver side speaker wasnt very loud so i listed closely and realized that the mid wasnt making sound. They are pioneer rev 6x8's. Anyone know what might be causing this. all my other speakers are working.

do i just measure ohms from the positive and negative

it has like 10 different setting for ohm which do i use

start at the lowest ohm rating. The lowest whould be 0.1-200ohm on cheaper units. If it is anything above 2.5-3.5 would be normal if you dont know what the Re is sapposed to be.

tweeters are usually higher impedance than the woofer, which usually isn't even listed, so it'd be hard to say what you were looking for

The nominal impeadance of the entire driver should be 4ohm (2.5-3.5ohm Re). Measure for the entire driver.
