Only one subwoofer is working

So I have 2 subwoofers but only 1 goes, I checked the wiring on the amp and on the sub box and all of it is okay.
So just asking if anyone knows what could be the problem.

Wire came loose on the sub or on the box terminal inside the box.

I checked the wiring inside the box and nope all of it is fine, no loose connections.

Pic of wiring to the enclosure. How are the subs wired internally? In series or parallel? What amp are you using? A two channel or a mono?

I would have switched the subs, to rule out the sub as being the issue. next step would be to redo my wiring. Can we assume that you are using a mono amplifier? If multi-channel amp. then one of the channels on the amp would be my next diagnostic step.

Are the 2 subs the same subs?
Do you have a multimeter and can check the resistance to make sure the sub is good?
Mono amp or 2 channel amp?
Did you swap wiring to narrow it down?
