my wiring looks fine, and the VC's all read .5, i'm wiring it up to 2 ohm using this wiring diagram

i'm using the third wiring diagram

What kind of box are you using? If both woofers have different chambers, check the chambers for air leaks. If it's a common chamber, I'm stuck. I would say one's not broken in as much as the other, that would be my only conclusion.

Take the subs out and double check your wiring.

Pics of box.. one woofer may be loading differently depending on where your port is.

give a little push on each driver, does one feel more stiff than the other? do you feel or hear either coil rubbing or getting snagged?

like was said already, if ones newer than the other, the newer may just need to break in a little bit more.

the one not putti g out much is a lot tighter, il give it like a week. Could it be this way off a new recone? I don't this sub has even been played since it's been reconed

I would double check your wiring; If the coils are wired out of phase on one driver, it will barely move and you can burn the coil.

the wiring is fine, I'll give it like a week to see if anything changes

Just wait it out for a little while until the driver knowingly has at least one hour of heavy (NOT EXTREME PLAYING) playing. Don't push it too hard, just give it a little while, and let it break in a little more, and give us an update.

well, if ones just been reconed, that could be the issue right there. it hasnt had any break in time and its just more stiff than the other. if you're 100% on the wiring, id give them some play time at a decent volume and just keep an eye on them. make sure you dont hear any coils rubbing and you dont smell them burning up.
