I'm building for a 93 ranger single cab with bucket seats.. this only allows me enough dimension for 1.7 cubes with .5" MDF.. (50"wide)x(13" tall)x(8" bottom depth)x(4" top depth)

subs are Image Dynamics CTX 10"s on an MTX 4002.

I can build the box no problem, but i feel that this isnt enough space and i will have to do external aeros to get 28hz tuning.

What do you guys think?

That small AND you want ported... ?

IDK the subs very well so fell free to post the t/s, but either way if your customer has cash there are some clever passive circuits that can be built to make any sub work in any box... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

^^^ yeah you'll have to do something like this. you could do external aeros but tbh there isn't a "nice" way of doing them lol. especially for a 28hz tuning you need plenty of space for port and with a limited space to work with it's just not possible with a normal slot

The manual recommends 1.2 @ 28hz for 1 sub..

or .75-.9 sealed. this is looking better but i didnt really want to seal em.
