Online Storage/Backup

What is the best (storage space is most important) online backup/data storage service that is free (or near free)? I don't care about folder sync, I would actually prefer not to have it or any bells or whistles for that matter. I just want to be able to upload my more important files (securely) and store them incase my hard drive crashes. I'd prefer it to be browser based and it can't be windows only because I use linux. The 5gb dropbox/ubuntu one has really isn't enough. I don't mind paying if it is cheap and gets me a lot more storage. Second too storage space, comes security. If I pay it would be nice to have a way to log any file transfers and login ip's and dates.
