one sx12 vs two se12

RE Audio subs pumping off one kicker zx 1000.1 [1,300 rms birth sheet] my electrical is good, did the big3, 120A alternator, better battery than stock

right now i got a sx12[D4] in a ported 1.5 cuft box in my car. it vibrates the car very well but sound quality could be better. i can build a 2.0 cuft box for it .

i also got two SE12[D2] subs sitting around. the most i can do is either put em both sealed or put em both ported @ 1.5 cuft each[no space for anything bigger.

will i be better off with one sx12ported @2.0cuft or will i be better off with the two se12 [either ported@1.5cuft or sealed] ? do i have enough power for the two se12's ?

i am mainly looking for vibration ,and to sound well

i like the re audio subs because they go LOW.

how should i build this box? should i put the port in the middle with one sub on each side or should i put both subs to one side with the port in the corner?

i have an se and ive had an sx...theres a difference in spl (the sx wins obviously)but not enough to account for 2 se's. 2 SE's all the way for better sq and spl, thats what im doing with my install. and i think it would still be louder if you sealed the SE's adding even more sq aswell IMO. oh and BTW 650rms to each SE is plenty though they could handle a little more. Factory rated at 600RMS

2 12" SEs for sure, a lil small of a box. But should still bang...

i did the re se12[2] in a ported box @ 36hz. i also upgraded my amp to a kicker 1500.1

im still not satisfied with it, it thumps more than the sx12, when you sit in the rear seats you feel the air moving as if its windy....

is it possible for me to get better results from using a single re mx12?

what can give me better results than my current setup? single or dual sub setup at 3 cuft?
