Jesus, unless youre on the ****ing race track I doubt it matters if it's a 10sec 14sec or whatever. It's still faster than most of the things out there, and looks hella nice too.

That must be the attitude that people have when they mod their 14 second cars to run 12s and such.

Most people do care what the car runs, especially if it costs $42k.

Okay so i'm still confused why you people are trying to say that a mustang is horrible b/c a corvette (base price of nearly 50k) is faster.....ummmmm yea that's like trying to compare a viper and diablo.....mustangs are not meant to be the fastest car in the world they're meant to be a car that can reach a lot of people's budgets and be a very nice car for that budget. IIRC the 03 cobra was the most horsepower for the money of any car out. The Camaro/firebid was what was meant to compete with the mustang..... we all saw what happened to them........ So yea if you wanna compare the vette to the mustang then how about this...... the new Ford GT will kick the shit out of a corvette and looks soo much nicer.

The base on the C6 is 44k like I stated before. That is 2k different from the saleen mustang shown here. The Ford GT is about 100k more than the C6... big difference there.

 
the c6 z06, if it comes out, will run with the ford gt and be cheaper and be more comfortable and look better....

if u like the ford gt, compare it with the chevy powered ultima gt.....it's cheaper, looks about the same and is quicker then anything on the planet 0-100-0....so blah,blah,blah all u want about ford....

they still ****.....hehe
