the judge said on the hearing in january to all of us that appealed our tickets that if you take it to trial and lose theres a large chance that you will get hit with a 500 dollar court fee and then pay the full amount of your tickets due.
that would be 980 dollars and 3 points for me.
he also said that if he believes a person who takes their case to trial is in full fault and/or lying that he would suspend the license of the offender for 3 months.
