old power aucustic amp worth anything ?

i put these 2 15 kicker cvrs on craigslist and this guy wants to trade me this amp along with other garbage idk if this amp is powerful at all

PA used to be good I believe, but idk much that amp there.

I would be very suspicious of any amps with that much surface rust/corrosion. If you were going to trade for it, I would make sure he lets you test it out before you do any business. I don't remember hearing any good or bad about P/A.
