Ok to put distro block under rear seat? (coupe)

I know it prob is but thought i'd ask you guys. My 2ga was 1ft to short so it'll have to be this way. Any input? Its a 2dr.

I might beable to squeeze it inside the side panel but it wont be very accessable(easy but alittle harder then under the seat) if it ever blows.

Should be fine as long as nothings going to rub or hit it...It's not like they have to dissipate heat or anything.
