I buy a tunecast II for my ipod and it has horrible response. SO MUCH STATIC! ugh... How can I get the music from the ipod to the head unit and make it sound atleast good. I cant do cassette tape since I have a CD player only. Any ideas?

RCA imputs? You can buy a cable with a headphone Jack to RCA's a radioshack.

pick up a good fm modulator, or tune the modulator to a station that is as far away from other stations as possible.

i ran my mp3 on a fm transmitter for a couple days i hated it RCA's are so much betta

Closer is better. I had a Roady II XM deal with the transmitter built in. Sounded better the closer you were for sure.

why didnt you just get itrip? my friend uses that and the quality is actually very good.
